“Whether I’m teaching a class of 45 or in a private training session with one individual my goal is to always leave you feeling inspired and good about yourself and your body. I’m not just a trainer, I am a coach and a motivator determined to put people on a positive path to a healthy lifestyle that incorporates exercise, eating well, discipline, patience and passion for the process of change. Whether you come to me wanting to lose 50lbs or 5 lbs, tone and strengthen or just get into a regular fit routine my motto is, “no negativity in the workout” . I teach people the mental aspect to physical health and how to choose healthy and attainable goals so that REAL progress can manifest. As your trainer I’m not there to simply sit and count your reps. When you hire me, you are hiring a coach, an experienced expert at creating change who knows how to get the best out of people. I work through process , not quick fixes and gimmicks so that you can achieve results that last and can enjoy a lifestyle that is health centered. Fit Body Integration designs Personal Training Programs tailored to meet your fitness goals.
There is no one size fits all approach to fitness at Fit Body Integration. You tell us your goal and what you are looking to achieve and Daniela will design a program that suits you best! No gimmicks, just fitness.
One Hour or 45 minute sessions available.

Group Personal Training

Small group training with a friend or a few! This method of training presents the opportunity for people with like minded goals to work together in a supportive atmosphere and to experience the creativity and motivation a top trainer while lowering the financial entry point for the session.

Bootcamp

Daniela takes an INTEGRATED approach in designing her Bootcamps. She incorporates strength training using bodyweight as well as applied resistance coupled with sports drills, cardio conditioning, balance and flexibility together in ONE workout! This is NOT endless reps and tons of shouting. It’s carefully planned to give every BODY a challenge, it IS integrated training for and integrated group of people. Expect a positive, personal and supportive group fitness experience for those who enjoy working with a team and the guidance of a great coach.

Stretch/ Yoga/Recovery Sessions

Working out too hard? Haven’t exercised in awhile? Sitting down too much? Feeling tight, stiff and disconnected? We offer Pilates Mat, Yoga and Stretch Sessions geared toward your specific needs. In these sessions we focus on Body Alignment and correcting Muscle Imbalances to work toward releasing tension and pattern overload for more efficient movement.

Pilates Mat Training

Mat pilates exercises are performed in a slow, controlled, precise manner and require an intense concentration. These exercises help strengthen the body’s core by developing pelvic and scapula stability, and abdominal control, using focused breathing patterns. The main fitness goals of a mat pilates program include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health, sports performance, and body-mind awareness.

Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling gives you a full body workout by incorporating cycling and choreographed training. Dani brings her passion for performing into her classes where you can expect to be entertained, have fun, get a killer workout and walk away feeling wonderful.

Seminars, Motivational Coaching, Training and Team Building for your business. Cardio Conditioning

Training specifically designed to increase cardiovascular health, stamina and endurance. Perfect for beginners looking to start a fitness program as well as more experienced athletes looking to reach peak performance goals.

Sports Specific Training

Training designed to improve strength, flexibility and muscle balance for a specific sport. Focus is on functional movement coupled with postural and stabilization exercises to help you increase your range of motion to stay injury free while increasing the quality of your performance in your sport.

Post Rehab/Injury

Recovering from injury or exiting a physical therapy program? Daniela specializes and is experienced in designing workout programs that will help you gain the confidence and strength to get moving again! She applies corrective exercise to stabilize and strengthen you so that you can move freely without pain, specializing specifically in low back issues, and working with clients who have had shoulder and knee surgery.

Pre/Post Natal Training

Daniela is certified and has been working with women who are pregnant and postpartum since 2005. Special circumstances and changes in your body demand a seasoned professional who knows how to manage and a create an exercise program that respects your body through the different stages of pregnancy.

Seniors and Special Populations

Exercise programs for seniors that include stretching, meditation, balance training and cardio exercise specifically designed for the individual. In addition Daniela has experience working with cancer survivors, diabetics, women with thyroid issues, and osteoporosis as well has people with high blood pressure and mitral valve prolapse.

Corrective Exercise for Posture and Optimal Movement

With over half the population sitting at desks and sedentary for almost half the day, posture becomes compromised, muscles become weakened and normal movement patterns are put at risk. This puts people who go to the gym at an increased risk for injury. Working with a professional with experience in analyzing posture and muscle imbalances who can design exercise programs that take that into account will allow you to achieve optimal strength while training for body balance without risk of injury.

I started working with Daniela a little over a year ago. My goals were to lose weight, gain some stamina and most importantly lower my blood pressure. She started me on a program of “core stability” exercises, resistance exercises and some cardio. At first I had real difficulties managing to stay with these basic exercises for our 45 minute sessions. But she coached me and encouraged me to come to the gym on my own and work on building my stamina to keep up. She also provided me with guidance on my diet. This was very important for me as up to that point I was a very unhealthy eater. While I would like to say I have completely mended my “bad” habits, I have improved and have had a significant weight loss! Daniela also helped me when I injured my knee last fall. We started doing water exercises in the pool which kept me on a balanced program so I could resume working in the gym when I healed. I enjoy working with Daniela, she is very positive and encouraging and I would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness regime or just get started on one!

I trained with Daniela for more than a year when she was a trainer at Equinox Fitness Clubs. She was terrific, challenging, inventive and would always bring something new to every session. Some sessions began with me “imitating” Walter Payton running up and down the stairwell taking 2 or 3 steps at a time trying to beat my last time (Daniela manning the stop watch and offering encouragement, and always noting my time). In other sessions I did my great “big hippo-imitation”, trying to balance on one leg as I did weight training – her patience was so extraordinary that I found myself able to do things I never could have imagined…I might find myself doing the “US Marine crab-crawl” , long walking lunges, working with the Medicine Ball or who knows what else! I now do full 2-hour workout sessions with more than 25 strength-training and balance exercises (most on one leg at a time), inspired by Daniela. Every session was a challenge and an adventure! Daniela with her sense of fun, made it a treat to push myself and see what I can do. Oh, did I mention her patience already? She should be nominated for sainthood. The woman knows what she’s doing, is an athlete herself and she really cares about your improvement. Work with her – you won’t be sorry!

I am a 42 year old mother of 4 year old and 2 year old sons and I can’t keep up with them. I’ve been overweight since my teens. I’ve paid for gym memberships for years and never once worked out at that gym. Somehow I stumbled on info about Daniela when I made a commitment to myself this summer. Lucky for me! She is warm and knowledgeable. She is able to challenge and support me simultaneously. I am never bored and she is never demeaning.
